In its role as a developer, Salka takes projects through both the development and construction phases.
While each deal is unique, Salka takes on all of the following tasks for every project.
- Navigating the complex permitting process at the federal, state, and local level.
- Securing equipment, construction and power procurement contracts.
- Arranging financing, including Sponsor Equity, Tax Equity, Construction, Term, and Back Leverage Debt, as appropriate.
